There is no tomorrow…
It’s Day 1, again…
The easiest thing in the world is to not live up to today.
You’ll tell yourself…
“I’ll start tomorrow.”
Or…
“I can start on Monday.”
Or the worst…
“I’ll start on January first.”
As a 35-year-old optimist with low self esteem, I’ve not lived up to today probably 12,000 times.
But here’s the thing.
There is no tomorrow.
So here’s my promise to you.
Wherever you are…
Wherever you’re reading this…
I’ll deliver today.
I’m recording my journey — in writing, in filmmaking, in entrepreneurship, in health, in fatherhood — right here.
So we can hold each other accountable, so we can all stop telling ourselves lies, and finally start living up to today.
Because there is no tomorrow.
